Project Scope

Personal branding, Visual Identity, Logo Design, 3D Motion Graphics, Web Design, Print Design

The project’s purpose was to show my work clearly but also communicate who I am, what I stand for, and what kind of work and person the clients/employers can expect. I’m a multidisciplinary designer with over 5 years of experience, 3 in-house and 5 years as a freelancer who loves new challenges requiring a range of different skills.

Concept

Along the way, everything changes, and nothing and nobody is the same as time goes on. My core values; clean, adaptive, flexible (willing to learn), experienced, good at communicating with clients, enthusiastic, and open. The visual should be minimalistic and clean, but it needs to have some creative moving elements, so it doesn’t look dull to have a spark of creativity. Confident but not bold.Hobbies: nature, gaming, technology, fitness. Key elements: water – waves, mountains – my town, river, Panta rhei – “everything flows, and nothing stays.

Logo Concept

The final logo has many hidden background information about me while still being simple, distinctive, and appropriate. It represents my initials R and P, shaped similarly to mountains and waves representing flowing water that constantly flows and changes like everything in this world (Panta rhei). Rounded ends add a more friendly, less serious impression; additionally, it refers to Antonio Gaudi’s quote: “There are no straight lines or sharp corners in nature”.
